Creating a slide show on Disk

I amusing Elements 14 Premier on a PC with Windows 10.

I'm trying to create a slide show to burn to Disk. Elements 14 says it can't do this because I need permission and that the drive doesn't exist.

Anybody had similar experiences and if so how did you overcome them?
