CTI control
Every time I move my cursor in the CTI it starts scrolling again. I want to move it and have it stop from scrolling without having to tap the space bar. Is there a way to do this?

The CTI won't do this on its own. What are you doing when this happens?
If you are playing your timeline and you move the CTI, it will continue playing until you stop the playback.
If you have rendered your timeline, playback will automatically begin after the render unless you change the preferences.
