data collection / User experience

when starting elements 2021, it showed a info box, that it´s collecting personal data for user experience which can be revoked at any time in user setting, well I didn´t find anything in all the settings to block or deny any kind of data collection - does anybody know where to block this - btw I´m using an EU Version.
