Default Background Color With Title Text Insert

APE19:

The default color for Classic Title and Text insert is black background and white text.  Can the background color be other than black without resorting to other inserts.?

You change the color of the text in the text tool.  Text overlays what is behind it.  You can make a color matte in the project assets panel for a background.
