We're excited to see that the latest version of Premiere Elements has just been released, and it includes a number of cool new features:

* A new cleaner, brighter interface.

* New project settings and export options for creating videos with aspect ratios that match social media sites like Instagram and Facebook.

* A new Auto Reframe tool for automatically resizing your videos to these new aspect ratios.

* New Guided Edits including a walkthrough for creating a perfect pet picture and step by step instructions for adding animated video overlays.

I've got detailed descriptions and video demos of each of these new features as well as a free 8-part Basic Training tutorial series and information on my "Muvipix.com Guide to Adobe Premiere Elements 2022" on the left side of this web page. You'll also find information and demos of the new features in Photoshop Elements 2022.

https://muvipix.com/pe2022.php

You can also find all of these tutorials on YouTube, including my Basic Training tutorial series. Just search YouTube for "Premiere Elements 2022" or "Muvipix tutorials".

Hi Steve, your YT tutorials are great. You don't miss a step. I've first explored the new interface and functions myself,  but you fill in the gaps and explain things so well that really helps.  I remember when I bought your book and how you showed how to do a Star Wars intro.  Also, you had the best green screen tips in that book that helped me way back.  I'm loving this Premiere Elements 2022 and Photoshop Elements 2022 as well.  I like now how we have snow, rain, and falling leaves!!!  And Premiere Elemens has a ukulele... to be fair, it has had a ukulele in the graphics for many years.

I do not need need Creative Cloud anymore except for Audition. I don't like how the full versions don't have "Guided Edits" and cool stuff.  That is inspiring me to get back to doing videos and editing old photos.   I also love Audition for recording my ukulele and piano music.  I have Cakewalk and Sound Forge, but Audition (once called Cool Edit Pro) works like my mind works. Its interface is so clear to me.  I may do a monthly plan for it when my CC subscription expires around Thanksgiving. Cheers,   Pete

De nada.  I will repeat, "You don't miss a step" in your tutorials.  So many tutorials miss a step here or there but you don't.   Thank you. Pete

Have they fixed "Pan and Zoom" to undo the negative improvements made to recent versions (i.e. PE 2021 over PE 14)?

Nope.

I clicked around and found a comparison page... for those people who have a Mac and want to create a DVD it looks like that feature is back

https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/upgrade.html select your version on the right side to compare... my 2021 is Win only for DVD

If that's right, that's a pretty big deal! Can anyone confirm that DVD creation has been returned to the Mac version in version 2022?
