Digital download of Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2026 Will not Install on Win 11 pc.

I recently acquired a gift of a digital download of Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 2026 | PC/Mac | Software Download | Photo & Video Editing | 3-year term license purchased through Newegg. I successfully downloaded and installed the applicable programs and accessed them, insuring successful implementation. However,two days later, the programs wouldn’t open and if they did, the pages were distorted. I couldn’t locate a repair option; so, I uninstalled the program(s) and attempted to start over. However, I’m now receiving error messages indicating I cannot download/install a previously used copy. I appealed to Adobe experts and one took control of my pc through remote administration and was able to successfully download and install the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026, but not the the Premiere Elements before we were disconected. Now, I have spent way too much time trying to get past an error code 199 stating “Installation Complete, but Unable to Launch Program Automatically”. The notice further states I should manually delete the file(s), reboot, and reinstall Adobe Premiere Elements 2026 as directed by Error 199 guidelines. I still get the same error message and the program is not successfully installed on my pc. There had got to be an easier way to get both programs on my pc; but I'mat a loss for finding it and I'm really tired and frustrated. Again, I have deleted the

Adobe representative Karishma was able to successfully install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 for my Windows 11 pc. However, she stopped short of successfully installing Adobe Premiere Elements 2026 and I’m also encountering the same issue. When clicking on the downloaded program, an installation box appears and after the status changes to indicate 100% installed, an error message appears indicating “Installation Complete, but Unable to Launch Program Automatically”. The notice further states I should quit and launch manually (Error 199). I have attempted several times to remove the existing download and re-install the Adobe Premiere Elements 2026 as directed by Error 199 guidance. I still get the same error message and the program is not successfully yet installed on my pc. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do now.
