Discount to charities

I don't know if this includes the Elements programs, or only a cloud subscription

This is a user to user site.   In the last several years, I've not seen any posts where charities or churches get a reduced price.   However, two or three times a year, the $100 normal price is reduced to $60.  All you can do is watch for it.
