Is there a utility program available to document an Adobe Premiere Elements Project?

    But beyond Bob's answer, no, the program does not create an EDL report, like some professional programs.

    I would like to gather in one place, in report format, all the assets used by the project (all stills, video and audio clips), in the sequence in which are are used, with their source locations. This could be used as a independent reference tool for the project.

    The Project Archiver is the closest to what you want that I can think of, but that's not an enumeration of assets and doesn't do all of what you require.
