I Downloaded the PE 15 free trial and opened a few of my old PE 13 projects in it. Now the trial is finished and Ive uninstalled it ( I believe), but I cant open any of the old projects I looked at. Do I have to purchase 15?
Version 13 can not open version 15 projects. So, if you opened projects in version 15, you will not be able to open those projects in version 13 -- even if they were originally created in version 13.
This is why, in my book, I always recommend making a copy of any project file before you attempt to open in it another version of the project. (I also recommend you always finish your project in the same version you started it in and that you NOT open an older version project in a newer version of the program. It can often lead to file corruption.)
