Downloading PremiereElements_2018_LS31_win64

I have downloaded the Premiere Elements 2018 4 times using 3 different browsers. I either get a "Corrupt File" error (IE10) or file will not extract once downloaded ((Firefox & Chrome) . Anyone else having this problem?

    Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

    I understand you are facing issue with re-installing Adobe Elements 2018.

    Please click here to download Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.

    It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes ENGLISH  but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .
