DVD burn interrupted

Yesterday, I tried to burn a DVD. I got the message DVD burn interrupted, an ISO file has been created to use later. It did not create an ISO file. Not only that, it ruined the disk. i thought that I had a bad disk, so I tried it again. Same thing. Today, I used a different burner, with the same results. I tried creating an ISO and burn it with another program. The program will not create an ISO file.
Help please, Douglas Bridge

I've not burned a DVD for a long time.  However, when I was doing that I learned that there are different kinds of DVDs.  I had to change what I was using.   If I remember right, it was the burner that determined what was needed.

Thank you for your input. Apparently it was the program. I reinstalled
Premiere and successfully burned a DVD.
