I click on 'folders and files' from the menu drop down, but nothing happens

    Hi zhiyiz,

    Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

    I understand you are facing issue in Organizer to work with Menu buttons.

    There is a possibility that you might have hidden your taskbar in Windows operating system.

    Can we follow the following steps:

    Firstly,

    - Unhide your taskbar

    - Press and hold or right-click any empty space on the taskbar, tap or click Settings , and then turn on either or both Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode and Automatically hide the taskbar in tablet mode.

    *If this doesn’t work.

    Secondly,

    - Set your Adobe Organizer windows to “Restore Size”

    - Example

    - This is restore

    - &

    - This is maximize

    What operating system are you using?

    Which processor does your computer have and with how much RAM? How much free, clean, defragmented space is on your hard drive?

    When you say "nothing happens" when you click on Add Media, do you literally mean nothing happens?
