Rendering some clips just to see my temp status after undervolting my CPU
But i got a BSOD and rested my values. Now when i try to start Elements it doesnt start up.
I can see that the task is in the Task Manager, but nothing starts

Have reinstalled it, cleaned the cache
I feels like something happened when the crash occured that forces the program to not start properly.

Anyone got similar problem with task manager showing the program?

Remove the undervolting values that you have set.

If Premiere Elements is running in the task manager, End Task for Premiere Elements, then uninstall it and reinstall it.

If reinstallaion doesn't work, delete these folders from your system and try again

1. %appdata%\Adobe\Premiere Elements\20.0

2. %programdata%\Adobe\Premiere Elements\20.0

I would set CPU back to default.

The program does run processes in the background when it's not running -- but they shouldn't keep running once you've uninstalled the program.

What are your computer specs? Operating system, processor and speed and RAM load? How much free space is on your hard drive?

Is your computer literally going to a blue screen whenever you try to launch the program? It's a very stable program and even when it does crash it doesn't take the whole system down with it.
