elements 15, open it in PAL

I have premiere elements 15 for video editing. when opened, this is always in NTSC 29.97. I live in Belgium and here is PAL. I always have to open a new project and then change it to PAL. Can not this happen automatically if I open elements that suddenly appear in PAL? Txs

Die Projekteinstellungen werden automatisch, an den ersten Clip auf der Timeline angepasst.

Das heißt, ist der erste Clip in PAL 50p dann wird dies auch in den Projekteinstellungen automatisch übernommen.

Vielen Dank rw21 für Ihren Rat, aber ich habe es getan und die Projektinstitutionen bleiben im NTSC. Wenn ich das Projekt exportiere, ist es auch in 29.97 Frames. Noch jemand Rat?
