Elements 15 to 14

Is it possible to transfer a .prel file created in Elements 15 trial version on a Windows computer to Elements 14 full version on a Mac. We are using the trial version on Windows while our purchasing processes are underway, but when I try to open the file in v14 on the mac I get "An unknown error occurred while opening the project."

    Hi Richard,

    Backward compatibility is not possible with Elements.

    You can open a catalog created in Elements 14 in the higher version however not vice versa.

    You can download a trial version for 15 on the other machine and try to open the project.
