Elements 2018 Organizer map is not currently available

I have been using Elements 2018 Organizer for months now. As of yesterday when I click on the PLACES tab I get an Elements Organizer box that states that "map is not available at this point.

How do I get Places to work again?

      I'm not using the 2018 Organizer so can't confirm it.  But, I read where google maps changed the interface and most software using it quit working.
