Elements 2019 video editor not opening

When I click on the box in Elements 2019 for the Video Editor, it comes up with the loading wheel and then that goes away without actually opening the video editor. I have the product installed and everything but it doesn't seem to want to work. Anyone know what to do?

33 GB is kind of tight, space-wise. You don't say if you run Disk Cleaner and Disk Defragmenter lately, but some defragmented chunks could keep the program from deploying, when you're down to a fraction of your hard drive. That would explain why it used to open but doesn't now.

Just de-fragged and cleaned the disk but nothing helped. It works fine on my other machine which is an old ThinkPad (T530) that has Elements and 2 other things on it. I uninstalled a Steam game which bumped me up to 45.6 GB of disk space, but it still doesn't want to open.

Can you give any more detail?   First guesses would be that there is a lack of free disk space, insufficient RAM or some other computer failure.

    I agree with Bill.

What operating system do you have? Which processor are you running with how much RAM? And, very important, how much free, clean, freshly defragmented space is on your hard drive?

I'm running Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire (i5) with 8 GB of RAM and as of now ~33 GB of disk space. It has opened before without any issues, but between the last time I opened it and now I put it on my other laptop. Could that be the problem?
