Elements 2020 paid version workspace won't load

Question

I've downloaded Microsoft visual c++for visual studio 2012, restarted the computer, and launched Elements. That didn't work.

I also uninstalled all my adobe applications and then reinstalled them. That didn't work either.

Any thoughts on what else I can do? I'm using Windows 10.

It depends on how far you get before things stop loading up. Or do you see nothing when you double-click the program's icon?

You can also try browsing to C/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Premiere Element 2020 and launching the program by double-clicking on the PremiereElementsEditor.exe file.
