Elements 2021 video/Audio sync shift

After moving a video clip that was imported from a pc file which was imported from an SD card into Project assets, when moving to the Timeline I get a audio shift of about 0.75 sec, Then the video and audio are not synced. Checking the original video file before import to Proj Assets the sync is good. How do I prevent the shift?
