The Elements 2023 - Credits move at the speed of light, how to slow them down?

It is posible to rt click in asset management and change the scroll time to 10 seconds (like Vega or Magix)

Then export it as a new title.

By default they are over in 4 seconds, you can export a credit sequence in Project Assets , but when re-opened it is again a ridiculous 4 seconds dash.

1) Can I change this daft speed by default?

2) Make or draw a moving credit sequence from scratch ?

Note: I want simple scolling  text on a dark or coloured background, the supplied photo backdrops are inappropriate and too large, plus they are just AWFUL, Tacky.

Increase the title duration to slow the credits

FWIW in my videos the rolling credits at the end (Default Roll) are 14 seconds long.
The photo underneath is 14 seconds long with pan-and-zoom followed by a 4 second "The End".

I slide the credits clip so that the text appears just as the photo has completed fading in.

For an example see here from 11:40:  https://youtu.be/CdtdkoIjSDU

Thanks, I have now managed the unwieldy creation of a slower end credits
using that convoluted process; it could easily be made a lot simpler, otr
the default ones easily editable.

They are rather tacky North American styles only.

Many Thanks

The longer the title's duration, the slower the animation. If it rolls up too quickly, just stretch it longer on your timeline.

You can, of course, also create any title from scratch and apply a roll to it.

That helps of course, the problem is the empty slots with example text it are very awkward to remove as a simple line deletion is impossible as there is no way to scroll to the lower lines. Yes you can move it up, but then it can't be dragged down again as the handles have nothing to grab onto.

It really is so crude, I made my own instead.

Magix (Vegas) has a pop-up box which is editable. Simple works best.
