I do apologise.  I am in Premiere Elements 2024.  Im clicking on HELP - VIDEO TUTORIAL and it sends me to:

https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/learn/app/premiere-elements?locale=en

Which is gobbledegook.


You're definitely right. That's where it goes. Adobe must have messed up.

 

Rather than going to Help via the program, go to the splash screen "Hub" and access tutorials via the library at the top of the splash screen. See if that works better.

 

Clearly the link in the program is one Adobe has neglected.

I still don't understand what you're clicking on. I can't duplicate this behavior if I don't know which tool your selecting.

What are you clicking on when you see this and in which program?
