elements auto creation cpu usage

I have adobe photoshop elements 2021 and adobe premiere elements 2021 installed.

Because the "elements auto creations" running in background has always high cpu usage I uncheckted "generate auto-creations" in media-analysis prefereces after opening organiser but it did not lower the cpu usage of the background program even after restarting the PC.What must I do more?

(I have unchecked all the boxes of media-options)

Post full computer specs and used media.

I run windows 10 home 64 bit 22H2 build 19045.2965.running on laptop motherboard with intel i7 6700HQ

My os and adobe is installed on an SSD Samsung MZVLW256HEHP I use no other media when the problem occurs (except there is still a d:\ harddrive of 1Tbyte)
