Elements bundle new pc and upgrading version

I have Elements 2023 Bundle installed on a Windows 10pc. Setting up a New Windows 11 pc - and just purchased the 2024 bundle versions. What are the best steps to keep my catalogue and settings.  Actual pictures on on a NAS.

The instructions for moving your 2023 catalog to the new computer is here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/backup-restore-move-catalog-photoshop.html#:~:text=Open%20Elements%20Organizer.,Full%20Backup%20and%20click%20Next. 

 

From there, install 2024 and open the catalog file.  It will then update it for the newer versision.  

 

Be sure you have backups in case it doesn't work the first time!
