"Elements Creation Notification 2020" application

Hi

I have a "Elements Creation Notification 2020" in my Windows 10 start menu.

Running it doesn't appear to do anything much - can somebody please explain what this is?

Thanks...

Do you have Premiere Elements 2020 installed on your computer or did this come out of nowhere?

In any event, maybe this post will help you out.

Inspiring

Thanks for the link. I bought the product yesterday as an upgrade.
