Elements install ERROR

When i install Adobe Elements on a MacBook 2019 with MacOs Mojave 10.14.6 and I click on "Video edit"
I get the folowing message...> our application Install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application.

See screenshot attached files with screenshots.

I allready Uninstalled and Installed this software about 15 times but.

The applicationb will install but when i click on "Video Edit" on the right

of the window the message above always appears.

I also checked the systemreqiurements, but those are okay.

Once on that page, look for a floating icon in the lower right. Click on it and it will start an online chat with Adobe techs. It looks like this....
