Elements launcher deleted

My pc recently thought I had a fake version of windows.

It deleted a lot of files. I have Photoshop and Elements 10 and I still have the folders:

Adobe Premiere Elements 10

Elements 10 Organizer

Photoshop Elements 10

I can't find the launcher, please help me locate it.

I also have no copies left of Elements (wich I need) I do still have a copy of photoshop.

I don't know what you're saying when you say "the code isn't available."

You need to reinstall your programs.

I've downloaded a new setup wizard but it sais the code isn't available.

but for my photoshop it does.

Most likely you'll need to reinstall these programs. I don't think you can remove or replace an operating system and still have these programs work.
