Elements2019: bei AVCHD Videos fehlt die Tonspur / The audio is missing in AVCHD videos

Hello

Habe von Elements 11 auf Elements2019 umgestellt. Nun fehlt bei AVCHD Videos die Audiospur. Was mache ich hier falsch?????

Betriebssystem ist WIN7.

Kann hier jemand helfen??? DANKE

Moved from Elements 11 to Elements2019. Now missing with AVCHD videos the audio track. What am I doing wrong here?????
Operating system is WIN7.

    Most likely your video is using AC3 Dolby Digital audio, which is not supported by Premiere Elements 2019 on Windows 7.

    To confirm this, open your video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy and paste the report it generates to this forum.
