Erase telephone wires Premiere Elements 14

I have a short clip (40 seconds) of timelapse sky, shot on a tripod. Beautiful sunrise but has prominent telephone wires. Can I erase them? I've moved into an apartment with a great view to the east, except for those dang telephone wires. 

 

I'm a long-time user of Photoshop, a newbie at Premiere and video in general.

Not easy to do in video. At least not without a program like After Effects. Unless you want to output your video as an Image File and paint over those wires one frame at a time.
