Erreur activation premiere Elements 2023

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas à activer la licence de premiere elements 2023. J'obtiens l'erreur : "Connectez vous à internet et réessayer".

 

Evidemment, mon PC est connecté à internet. D'autre part, j'ai désactivé mon anti virus et le pare feux comme conseillé dans les forums d'aide en ligne.

 

Merci de m'apporter une solution pour que je puisse utiliser le logiciel que j'ai acheté.
