Hello, downloading the update to Premiere Elements I get the error 131. Anyone know what it corresponds to? Thank you

    I'm having the same problem after a reinstall of my computer. I'm wondering if it's related to accidentally downloading and trying to install Premier Elements 2019 first. 

    What did you find to be the solution?
