Things I have done to try to surpass the problem:

1 - delete the  %appdata%\Adobe\Premiere Elements folder.

2 - reviewed all footage for corrupted files.

3 - changed Output file location and name.

4 - used resource monitor from task manager to pin point files the app is using while it crashed.

5 - updated Nvida Drivers.

the error "3221226356 A heap has been corrupted. " persists. I think as next step I will reinstall both adobe and NVIDA drivers.

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

I just have done that the problem persists unfortunately.

This is a user to user forum, Lucas. We don't really read crash dumps here.
