When I export a video it is not clear. any Ideas? Can anyone help?

Also, what do you mean when you say it is not clear?

Is the resolution too low? If so, what resolution did you export your finished movie as and what software are you using the view this movie?

You really will need to be more specific if you want us to help you, Yisroel. For instance, there are at least half a dozen diffferent MP4 export options. Which you selected is extremely important.

Likewise, there are at least half a dozen versions of Windows. Which you are using makes a big difference.

When you can be more specific in your answers, we can be more specific in our help.

Exact Premiere Elements version
CPU brand and model and clock speed
Video adapter brand and model and driver version and amount of video ram
Number and size and type of hard drives
What kind of video are you editing?

What are your export settings?
