Export and share

been trying for days to get a video made and all i can get is an audio file, all the footage is not there, even when i make short videos with a couple of frames I am only getting audio

All settings semm to be fine and is using MP4.h.264

Any one help please

Thanks for reaching out. It seems like there is some glitch with the export settings which is letting the audio file to export. In addition to the questions asked by @Peru Bob, could you share more information:

Which version of Premiere Elements are you using?

Could you share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU, etc)?

Please share a screenshot of the export settings.

Which media player are you using for the playback?
