export error after rendering

I have photoshop premiere elements 2024

And almost everytime I want to export and share a video, the video starts rendering everything okey.

But then at 100% it gives an exporterror and just an OK button (see attached file)

However as long as I DON'T klick okey I can go to the file. Copy it and paste it on another locatien. The file there works fine. When I do click the OK Button, the file that should be saved disappears.

Yes I have acces to the location. There are files that somehow ARE saving fine. Strangest thing actually is that the file I made first did save, but then I had to cut a piece out of that video to repeat it a few times. And that file (with the same files used) just didn't save and gave that export error. 

It's really frustrating, although I have a workarround.

This does not come up often and can be hard to track down.  

 

Sometimes things like this happen when there is a shortage of disk space.   Video editors like Premiere Elements use a lot of space for temporary files.  If there isn't enough space, errors can occur.  

 

Another cause might be a 'corrupt' or damaged source file.  It can be either a video clip or an audio clip.   Trouble shooting can be tedious.  You might try outputing sections of the project with start and stop limits set with the work area bars.

I have 1 TB of free space.

And the source file is the same as the one that didn't give the error strangely enough So source file and space can't be the problem (also I have had this with like 4-5 completely diffrent video's already, so though rare, with me it's more common then rare.

I don't understand exactly what you mean with the last sentence (english is not my native language) outputting sections?? start and stop limits??

The idea is that you may have a damaged source file.   If you output the video in four separate sections and one section produces an error it would suggest that section has a damaged file.   To do this you use the "work area bars".  At the top of the timeline those "bars" or markers can be set with a begining and an end.  Then, in the output dialog, there is a small check box for "Work Area Only".
