Export error 'An internal error has occured, check if there is enough space in disc'

perl file was created by premiere element 2018 and it works fine to export. Premiere Element 2023 can load the same .perl file, but the export ended up with an error - 'An internal error has occured, check if there is enough space in disc'

Also can you confirm that you are NOT  using version 2023 to output a project created in version 2018?


Premiere Elements is NOT backwards compatible. Opening in older file in a newer version of the program nearly always leads to corruptions like this.
