Export project in PE 2021 to a file that can be burned to a Blu Ray Disc

I have PE 15 and have an option to burn my project woth menue/submenues directly to BD disc or create ISO file and burn disc later using another software (I use BurnAware free software). I assune that 2021 package is more sofisticated than 2015. I also know that can't burn BD directly from PE 2021.

Which options do I have to eventually burn my project to BD disc in PE 2021?

I do not mind to use another software to do it if the project output file in PE 2021 is compatible with it.

It will also not have any menus.

If you want your BluRay to have menus and scenes, you need to use a BluRay authoring program. There aren't many left. Here are a few. None are as powerful of the old Encore and DVD Architect apps.

Windows only:

TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6 - The Ultimate DVD / Blu-ray / AVCHD Authoring Tool - Pegasys Inc.

You can export with the Bluray preset in the Advanced Settings. This will give you 2 files (video and audio)

Above program will burn these files to a BD disk or iso without re-encoding.

Do you mean that MP4 file that I export from PE 2021 will contain the project menu, but I need another software (you mentioned DVDFab Blu-ray Creator) to create ISO file and/or burn BD disc.

Is my understanding correct?

As far as I know (I only do DVD) that will only be the video... you must find/buy an authoring program to do the menu

I have NO idea if either of these programs do BD, so take a look and find out

You will need to output your video from Premiere Elements 2020 as a 1920x1080 MP4 and use a third-party program to burn that file as a BluRay disc. Unfortunately, it's no longer easy to find third-party BluRay authoring programs, so you may have to hunt.
