Export Stops @ 8%

I'm doing virtual videos for my church choir. I've done several already, but for some reason, this particular project will not complete the export process. I'm using 1280x720, the file size is 210.54 MB, the product is 4 minutes and 40 seconds, and I'm trying to export the final product as an MP4. Is there a setting I should use to further render the product before export?

Also what is the file format and what are the different Effects, Transitions, etc applied.

I have 723 GB and there is 0% fragmented.

And you say that you've had no problems outputting projects using footage from the same camcorders before?

That's challenging. Are there any gaps on the video track of your timeline? Places where there is no video? That can cause glitches.

Also, 8% is a strange place to continually stall. Look for something 8% into your movie. That would be about 20-25 seconds in to your 4:40 movie.

What camcorder is this 1280x720 video footage being shot with and what is the video's file format?
