Export video clip with a transparent background

Hello...  I am using Premiere Elements 12 (I know... old) but I am trying to create some shape and logo transitions in it so I can export as an idividual file (small vid clips) with a transparent background and use on other projects.  Is that possible in Premiere Elements?  If so what export settings should be used?  I can't seem to figure it out.  I know I can add a green screen in the background and then key it out on the other project but I was hoping to avoid the extra step.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks!

Have no idea if this is possible with E12 but you need to go into advanced settings.

Quicktime with Animation and alpha channel. File wont be small.
