Exported video missing audio and some video clips

I am using Premiere Elements 14 and had to make about 15 videos for work recently. One of these exported videos is missing half the video clips and all the audio. All of the text captions are still visible, however. The audio and video is all visible when I preview it in Premiere, but is gone after exporting.

All of these videos were shot with the same camera and microphone and imported/exported the same way, so I am not sure why just this one is giving me issues.
