Based on other reports of that error, you may have run out of free space on your drive(s).  If that really is a 1 hour video you need A LOT of free space.  In one case, using Premiere Pro, it was solved by exporting to an external drive where there was more space.

It is a 1 hour video but it takes 7 minutes to export
