Transferring w/Iphone to laptop, after flawless editing then transferring to export and share on 1080 a few glitches show up on the final video. How can I troubleshoot that problem?

By @Mike Colonna

What are the "few glitches"?  If most of it is OK, I don't think is sounds like an H.265 or graphics card issue.

What operating system?

What version of Premiere Elements?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

Can you post screenshots or video showing the problem and your export settings?

Depends on which version of the program you're using and what operating system.

It sounds like you're editing HEVC H.265 video, which requires a plug-in and only is editable on some recent versions of Premiere Elements.

To see if this is the case, open your iPhone video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy the report it generates and paste it to this forum. With this detailed report and information on the version of the program you're using we'll better be able to help.
