Exporting Video to Desktop, to Attach to Email

Hello, I am fairly new to using Premiere Pro. I use an iMac desktop and have made a very, very simple video. I want to simply export it to my desktop in a format that I can attach to an email and anyone can watch. Any and all advise is helpful. Thanks.

    There are file share websites such as WeTransfer

    Up to 2 gig for free.

    Video really can't be sent by e-mail. Even a very short video can be over a meg in size, which can clog up a video server.

    The best solution is to output an MP4 of your video and post it to a site like YouTube or Vimeo and then e-mail a link to that video.
