Exporting Videos

I have Premiere elements 11 and I will be shooting videos with a number of different cameras (Canon 70D, M50, XA20 and some GoPro), I will have them all shooting 1080p 60fps, what export settings would be recommended for the best export quality for YouTube and other online sites?
