Premiere Elements

help says that I can nudge (CTRL ALT up/dn/le/ri) parts of the final composite image into position by 

Nudge Selected Object Left by Five Pixels Ctrl+Alt+Left

 ,and the other directions likewise.

great feature, but it does not exist.
I suggest you add it.
