Recently bought Premier Photoshop & Elements bundle 2023.  Two files in each zip.  PhotoshopElements2023MAC zip file had two dmg files - PhotoshopElements_2023_MacARMESD and PhotoshopElements_2023_MacIntelESD.  Which one is correct to be installed for Mac Air M1?  Thanks

Correct answer Bill Sprague

Your initial post refers to Photoshop & Elements. It's more likely you mean Photoshop Elements, although you've posted in the Premiere Elements forum. The files you referred to are Photoshop Elements files. Make sure you're putting the right serial number into the right program. Photoshop Elements serial numbers begin with the numbers 1057 and Premiere Elements serial numbers begin with the numbers 1143.

Are you using the right serial numbers with the right program?

The serial numbers are provide as a 6 part group with 5 digits in each group like "1057-1234-4567-8912-3456-7891".  Depending on how you buy, you may have a product key or redemtion code used to get the actual serial number from Adobe.

PhotoshopElements_2023_MacARM is for Mac ARM (M1 & M2) machines and PhotoshopElements_2023_MacIntel installer is for Mac Intel processor machines.
Elements now support native ARM processor which gives better performance.

Only Install the build that is relevant to your machine. Do not install the other one.

Install both. I don't know that it matters in what order.

Just ensure your Mac is running OS 12.4 or later, per the system requirements.

Thanks, Steve for your quick response.  I installed both, it shows invalid serial number.  I received the serial # (product key) via email from Adobe.  any idea how to address this?
