merci d'avance

Michel

Hello everyone,

I just switched from first item 12 to 15

But an acquisition problem has arisen from the configuration of a new project in acquisition on a DV camcorder.

Acquire format block on: WDM Acquisition

In first elements 15 under windows 10

"In" edition-adjustment of project-acquisition: acquisition format: WDM acquisition.

Can not capture in DV of my camcorder.

PE 15 does not see the source "no compatible device detected"

On another software (NERO) sees him the DV camcorder (the source)

How to remedy this problem which obliges me to switch from one software to another.

thank you in advance

Michel

Premiere Elements no longer interfaces with IEEE-1394 FireWire-connected, tape-based miniDV and HDV camcorders.

You will need to capture this video over a FireWire connection using another program, like the free downloads WinDV or HDV Split and then import the captured video into Premiere Elements 15.

Thank you very much for your reply. It is a little bit what I had deduced from it. I used "Nero Video" for my captures and I thought it would be simpler to go through first elements.
