I am building a slideshow and would like to add two effects. The first is I am using a scceen roll-up of text describing slides. When the roll reaches a certain point on the screen I would like to freeze it there until the end of the clip. Is that possible ?
The second effect is to have a title on a slide flash to bring attention to that part of the slide.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
I tried what I think you want. I put in a rolling title and played the timeline. I stopped it. From the Tools menu I picked Freeze Frame and selected Insert in Timeline.
If I understand the second question, I would get the title working and shorten the duration. Then duplicate the title a few times with gaps between duplications. It may work best if you duplicate the title within the Media section to a Title 1, Title 2, etc as many as you need.
