getting error organiser database is corrupt - premier elements 14

I get this error when i start a new project "organiser database is corrupt"

Also it gives another error " catalog could not be opened. It is either corrupt or out of date and cannot be updated"

Need the help of experts. Tried to contact adobe but online support is no longer available for this product.
