GoPro footage not playing on my Premier Elements 2019

My Gopro footage no longer plays back on my Premier Elements 2019.

The footage uploads but i cant press play for it to play.

I can still edit but i have to export to my laptop before i can play back and watch.

I removed the programme from my laptop and re  uploaded hoping this would help but no.

Can someone please advise?

I have asked Adobe on Twitter 2 times now but no answer back.

What operating system are you editing on and what is your processor, how much RAM do you have and how much free space is on your hard drive?

 

If you look under the program's Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?

 

Go Pro footage comes in a number of flavors. Open your footage in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo, set View to Text and then copy this text and paste it to this forum. Once we know all this information we'll better be able to advise you.

Hello

Please find the info on the operating system etc in the attachments.
Can you please provide a link to the free mediainfo download.
Not sure what to install?
