GPu not support

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and have

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

but can't use GPU, It says dosen't support even fast it's listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/en/premiere-elements/using/gpu-acceleration.html 

I have paid for the program and are using the last driver at Windows 10 v.22H2
